• Comment: Lyon Restoration was very supportive through my smoke damage claim. Nick explained the process in detail and helped to clarify my questions and concerns. Randy was my onsite team leader and was friendly and very helpful. The cleaning was thorough and fast. The place looks great and the smoke smell odor is gone. The carpets look better than they have in years. They took special care of fragile items and everything was returned to their proper places and set up in order. They also provided detailed documentation on items that were not cleanable to my insurance so I could claim the items as a loss. Professional and caring, I’d use them again and refer them.
